A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 40 days before your departure date. All prices are quoted in USD.
Last-minute bookings are subject to availability and may require full payment at the time of booking.
We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, secure online payment platforms, and cash payments. Any transaction fees are the responsibility of the client.
Trips may be rescheduled with at least 20 days’ notice, subject to availability and applicable change fees.
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all travelers and should include medical expenses, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, and interruption coverage. Kilimanjaro climbers must ensure their policy covers high-altitude trekking.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel and should disclose any relevant medical conditions before departure.
Travelers must hold a valid passport with at least six months’ validity beyond their travel dates. Visa requirements are the responsibility of the traveler.
Go 2 Tanzania Safaris is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or itinerary changes caused by weather, government actions, flight disruptions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Adventure travel involves inherent risks. By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Go 2 Tanzania Safaris shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or expense arising during your trip.
Accommodation is based on shared occupancy unless otherwise specified. Single supplements are available at an additional cost.
Travelers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Personal information provided to us will only be used for booking, travel arrangements, and customer service purposes.
Photos and videos taken during tours may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested by the client in writing.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate participation for any traveler whose behavior is disruptive, dangerous, or inappropriate. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
Any concerns should be reported immediately to our team during the trip so that we can address them promptly.
